Total annual premium is based on the retail value for each item of jewelry insured and other information you have provided to us.
Unless otherwise approved in writing by us, insurance is available only on items that have been appraised within the last 18 months, if valued over $5,000.
Insurance is not available for damaged jewelry, damaged watches, and non-jewelry items. Insurance is not available for loose stones unless the stones are in the process of being set by a jeweler.
Appraisals for each scheduled item must be received by us within 10 calendar days or your policy will be canceled.
Coverage is not available to individuals living outside the United States.
